It's always a huge responsibility to help take a new brand to market, it relies very much on understanding the market and the role the brand will play in people's lives.
Avail came to us to help them to define their new business: a haulage drivers recruitment app - the first of its kind. We jump-started the project with a collaborative workshop to establish the brand’s purpose - to provide honest and fair recruitment of haulage drivers - or as we put it, to be “there for the industry”. This gave us a springboard from which to develop an authentic brand that would resonate with both sides of the road - the hauliers and the drivers.
The finished brand proposition, “Haulage driving the right way”, captures Avail’s unique service offering and gives the brand a defined space to own within their industry.
